Welcome to St. John the Baptist Catholic Youth Ministry!

We invite all youth from 6th-12th grade to join us for fun, fellowship and to learn more about the person of Jesus Christ.  Through our youth group meetings and activities you will meet others who are just like you and who are growing in their knowlege of what it means to be a Catholic Teen in today's world.

EDGE IS BACK!  We continue our journey this week with New Words, Same Mass!  Lots of exciting changes going on!  Come discover your faith, a new friend and what it means to be Catholic!

 Interested in becoming a part of our Life Mass?  St. John the Baptist Youth Ministry empowers the youth of our parish to enter into a deeper relationship with God through Jesus. We have a weekly Life Mass where the youth can enter into authentic and full worship of God with our faith community. The power and love of Jesus Christ is experienced through song, prayer, God’s Word in scripture and through the breaking of the Bread of Life. Our youth are encouraged to participate in the ministries of the Liturgy. Get Involved! We need Greeters, Lectors, Gift Bearers, and Altar Servers. If you are a youth who has received the Sacrament of Confirmation, we invite you to consider Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist.  LIFE TEEN GATHERINGS have returned!  Your Life Teen Leaders and Core Team have lots of fun and faith filled evenings planned for you this year.  Join us on Sunday after the 5pm Life Mass.  We gather in the Parish Hall from 6p-7:30p.  Bring a friend and a snack to share!
